Tradebank Mobile: The New App is Here!

You’ve been asking for it for a while, and we have delivered. The new Tradebank Mobile app is here! As you may have seen, the app is running and hundreds of members have already downloaded it. The comments are flying in such as, “We use the app all the time…” “This app is long overdue!!! Love it” and “Everything all in one place” We took some time to dive in deeper, and share just why the app came about, and what we expect from its release. Ideally, the app is the mobile version of MyTradebank. It’s easier, it’s more accessible, and it’s friendlier for the on the go lifestyle of business owners.

So, What’s different about this app from the Mobile Pay app?

When put side by side, the two apps are totally unrelated. Tradebank Mobile is for cardholders/consumers, and My Mobile is for processing transactions. Mobile Pay will be utilized for servers at a restaurant, and employees. The separate apps keep your information private, and secure, while maintaining the accessibility of processing transactions through an app.

What has the technology team most excited about this app?

They let us know that they are excited because it provides easier access to Tradebank tools, mapping, and location searching. Within the app you can see your account information, run transactions, search the directory, view the Marketplace and more. On the Go Access has been a priority for our team, and we are excited to deliver. In the future releases, we are excited to utilize push notifications, the ability to send invoices, a travel section, and even pay at location.

Where can we find the app?

The app is currently available on Google Play and the iTunes App Store. Download the app today to try out the new features.  If you happen to experience any bugs or issues within the app, please reach out to your broker as soon as possible to ensure we can resolve it.
